- You must use a supported browser. WebIZ is supported in:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Turn off your browser's Pop-up Blocker.
- The Pop-up Blocker must be turned off to ensure that WebIZ sends all necessary messages. If you click a button and no window is rendered, check that the Pop-up Blocker is turned off.
- If the Pop-up Blocker is turned on, a warning message will appear telling you to turn off the Pop-up blocker. Click on the warning message to disable the Pop-up Blocker.
- JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Use your browser’s help function or a Google search to learn how to enable JavaScript in your browser.
